To kick off the triple-digit catalog numbers for Lost Sound Tapes, we have Kim Gray's second album titled "Compulsion"! This is the cassette tape release for the LP that came out on Bad Diet Records almost exactly one year ago.
Trevor Kim Gray makes hazy, lo-fi, psych pop music that just makes you feel good. Although he resides in Vancouver, BC, Canada, it would shock no one if they heard this band was instead based in Los Angeles. Well, the artist who made the cover art (Dustyn Peterman) is from L.A. at least. The album draws from themes of digital interactions, distraction, and obsession.
Edition of 100 translucent yellow cassette tapes, with hand stamped labels, and full color artwork. Comes with a digital download.
