New six song EP from Vancouver, B.C. trio Shrouded Amps! “Come Along to the Chocolate Church” is performed by primary songwriter Matthew Budden, bassist Tracey Vath (Knife Pleats / Love Cuts), and drummer Eirinn M (Bad Fate). Recorded, mixed, and mastered in Vancouver with Tom Prilesky at Spirit Vegetable. 

This Shrouded Amps release has a grungy pop feel with male/female vocal interplay, mathy drumming, and clever melodies. It wouldn’t be out of place to file their tape along side Sonic Youth, Dinosaur Jr, Eric’s Trip, or contemporary Vancouver bands such as Woolworm or Dead Soft. The melodies, lyrics and 12-string guitar really make Shrouded Amps songs stand out and give them distinction from anything that may be similar.

Edition of 100 translucent green cassette tapes with hand stamped labels, comes with a digital download.
