TIM THE MUTE "Do In Yourself" cassette tape

May I present to you “Do In Yourself”, you know, DIY. The new album from Tim The Mute. Tim runs a very fine record label called Kingfisher Bluez in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is his 3rd album from Tim The Mute, whose music is a cathartic output of truth, experience, and feelings that is uniquely singular yet intimately relatable. 

This album was recorded in Glasgow, Scotland with production by and collaboration from Kieran Heather. 14 tracks that run the gamut of the Tim The Mute repetoire - slick wall of sound shoegaze, gritty pop punk, British indie pop with disco beat, lo-fi confessional solo guitar and vocals, catchy casio pop. Tim’s music sometimes tells ugly truths but that’s because the truth often isn’t pretty. His finest album to date. Highly recommended.
